Ακούγοντας για πρώτη φορά το 'Nature Trips', το πρώτο πράγμα που σου 'ρχεται στο μυαλό είναι 'τι δουλειά έχουν οι Chromatics στις Φιλιππίνες;'. Ο 23χρονος Idris Vicuña. ή αλλιώς Eyedress γράφει μουσική σε ένα δευτερομεταχειρισμένο laptop χρησιμοποιώντας ,μάλιστα, το Fruit Loops. Ο ήχος του κάθε άλλο παρά ερασιτεχνικός δεν ακούγεται πάντως, το ίδιο και η αισθητική του στο ντεμπούτο του βίντεο για το 'Nature Trips'. Σκηνοθετημένο από τον φίλο του Julius Valledor και μονταρισμένο από τον ίδιο, το video μάς πάει βόλτα στους ερυθροφωτισμένους δρόμους της Μανίλα με πρωταγωνιστή έναν μυστήριο τύπο με κουκούλα και μάσκα νεκροκεφαλής, πρώτα πλάνα αυτά ενός ατυχήματος και πρώτους στίχους 'noone else needs to know about this'. Τι άλλο να ζητήσουμε; Το ντεμπούτο του EP με τίτλο 'Paranormal' κυκλοφορεί στις 3 Δεκεμβρίου από την Abeano της XL.

Despite that fact, his music sounds nothing close to amateurish, so does his aesthetics in his debut video. Directed by his friend Julius Valledor and edited by himself, the video takes us on a night walk throught red-lit Manila, following a weird guy in a good and skeleton mask, with an intro footage of an actual car accident and the words 'noone else needs to know about this'. What else could we ask for? His debut EP 'Paranormal' comes out on December 3rd via XL's Abeano.
