Ο Ernest Greene, ή αλλιώς Washed Out, έπιασε στα χέρια του το "Almost Home" καθώς ήταν σε περιοδεία το 2013. Η παραγωγή έγινε, σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο, μέσα στο βαν με το οποίο ταξίδευαν, γεγονός που δεν θα σου φανεί καθόλου παράξενο όταν ακούσεις το τέλειο, ταξιδιάρικο edit του Αμερικανού.

We know for a fact that with each album Moby releases, there are months that follow during which we circle around his name, and up to a point, that's because of the countless remixes each and everyone of his albums spawn. Ernest Greene, who goes by the name of Washed Out, took over "Almost Home" while he was on tour back in 2013. The production, as he claims, happened inside the van in which they were travelling around, a fact that will not strike you as fiction when that enormous, dreamy vibe hits you.
